Camino Search is partnering with a private equity‑backed technology platform to appoint an Interim Finance Director for a 6‑month engagement.

You will own consolidated reporting, oversee treasury, and drive transformation across multi‑entity finance functions in a fast‑paced environment, reporting to the CFO.

The role demands a qualified accountant with strong consolidation expertise, excellent communication, and leadership to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with practice background preferred.
• Extensive consolidation and group reporting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity group reporting and GAAP/IFRS.

Responsibilities

Camino Search is currently working with a leading private equity-backed technology platform seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the business on an interim basis for 6 months.

Within this role, you will take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes for the business alongside a CFO. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision‑making at the group level across several international entities as part of a buy & build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
• Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Oversee treasury function and cash management
• Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reports
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and comment
• Support key finance transformation initiatives
• Support acquisition integration
• Support ERP transformation
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders
