Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Amsterdam to own the readiness of new hardware launches, bridging Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Partnerships, and Commercial to hit go‑to‑market dates without cutting corners.

You will operate at the intersection of physical-product complexity and payments, ensuring robust program governance and on‑time delivery with scalable processes and measurable dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years launching physical products in fintech, hardware, or tech sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience with complex supply chains and cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the New Terminal Introduction (NTI) program and own readiness for new device launches.
• Bridge alignment across software, hardware, security, and operations to unblock teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical, compliance, and logistical risks early.
• Refine NTI processes after each launch for cleaner rollouts.
• Coordinate legacy-system deprecation and modernization with minimal disruption.
• Build RAID logs, dashboards, and cross‑team roadmaps.
