Job summary

CPS Case Packing Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Manager Engineering to lead and execute a CTO transition, reporting to the Managing Director. You will oversee System Design & Testing, Mechanical, Software, and Electrical Engineering.

You will work as a working leader, actively designing and engineering systems alongside your team, driving ownership, structure, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable packaging solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineering leader with hands-on design and development experience.
• Proven track record implementing platform-based methodologies.
• Experience leading CTO transitions and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead and realize the CTO transition in the roadmap.
• Embed standardized platform ways of working across all developments.
• Organize teams per product and stay hands-on in design and engineering work.
• Set up and refine departmental processes to accelerate output.
• Define project scope, milestones and priorities for delivery.
• Bridge engineering and service through collaboration.
