Job summary

CSi Palletising in Raamsdonksveer, part of the Mpac Group, is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive the electrical discipline across projects. You will coordinate activities, design and review electrical diagrams in EPLAN, and ensure technical quality.

You bring an HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, strong Dutch and English communication, and hands-on engineering plus project coordination experience. You’ll help guide decisions and mentor the team in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering; experience in mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Are you an electrical engineering expert who enjoys keeping the overview, guiding technical decisions, and working close to cuttingedge automation projects? At CSi Palletising, we're looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer who's ready to make an impact, technically, professionally, and as a trusted partner across the organisation.

The Role

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our electrical discipline. You actively contribute to projects and product development while acting as a central point of contact between engineering, project management, and other departments. You combine handson engineering with coordination, quality oversight, and expert advice.

• Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects

Requirements

• A completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar
• Proven experience in electrical engineering (experience within mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus)
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus)
