Job summary

CSi Palletising in Raamsdonksveer, Netherlands, seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead the electrical discipline on high-end automation projects. You’ll act as the technical backbone, coordinating activities, guiding design, and ensuring quality across engineering, project management, and other departments.

You will combine hands-on engineering with strategic oversight, driving functional descriptions, specifications, and compliance with standards while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering; experience in mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and planning electrical engineering activities across projects.
• Designing, reviewing, and managing electrical diagrams using EPLAN.
• Safeguarding the technical quality of products and engineering processes.
• Acting as the go-to electrical expert for project teams and stakeholders.

The Role

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our electrical discipline. You actively contribute to projects and product development while acting as a central point of contact between engineering, project management, and other departments. You combine hands‑on engineering with coordination, quality oversight, and expert advice.

Requirements

• A completed HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or similar
• Proven experience in electrical engineering (experience within mechanical engineering or logistics is a plus)
• Experience with EPLAN is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of international mechanical engineering standards (CE and/or UL knowledge is a plus)
