Job summary

TrainMore Bussum is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead our Host team and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, handle guest requests, and partner with the Club Manager on sales, service, hygiene and people development.

On-site role with full-time, 40 hours per week; you are energetic, service-minded and enthusiastic about our brand, offering excellent hospitality and building a strong club community.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or club/fitness settings.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a warm, genuine welcome.
• Coach the Host team on hospitality and service standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle guest requests.
• Support the Club Manager in daily operations, sales and hygiene.
• Oversee appearance, safety and maintenance of the club.
• Handle personnel-related tasks and build a strong team community.
