Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Porter to warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in, logistics, and local recommendations. You will be a visible representative of Kimpton and the city, moving between the lobby, rooms, and streets to ensure every guest feels at home.

You will thrive on variety, stay active throughout the day, and understand that hospitality shines in small gestures. English fluency is important, and additional languages are a bonus in our international team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and people‑focused, loves meeting guests.
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check‑in, directions, and handling enquiries.
• Coordinate transportation for arriving guests and assist during busy check‑in periods.
• Provide attentive, guest‑centered service throughout the stay and act as a host and ambassador.
