As a Chef de Partie, you'll join a friendly and motivated team, working together to reach our full potential and provide genuine, heartfelt care for our guests. You'll have the unique opportunity to contribute your culinary expertise to both Celia Amsterdam and Café Celia. What You'll Do

• Oversee your own station in the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, following all hygiene and safety standards.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
