Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a similar environment.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks on the floor.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication in English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Lead briefings and handovers to keep the team informed and prepared.
• Take guest orders and upsell menu items or promotions.
• Manage stock requests, ordering, receiving and distribution of supplies.
• Handle cash transactions, including ending payments and deposits.
• Motivate and support team members to uphold service standards.
