• Serve as a key contact between guests and hotel departments; ensure requests are handled smoothly.
• Share knowledge about the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to enhance stays.
• Conduct hotel tours for potential guests, partners, and event organizers.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and support service recovery.
• Contribute ideas to further elevate the guest experience.
