Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam is offering a Guest Relations Internship that places you at the heart of the guest journey, from arrival to departure, in a luxury environment along the Amstel. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues across departments and gain real exposure to hospitality operations.

You must be actively enrolled in an educational program, be fluent in English, and eager to create memorable guest moments.

Competenze

• Active enrollment in an educational institution during the internship.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or higher not required; hospitality interest welcomed.

Mansioni

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, with attention to VIPs and special occasions.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests and anticipate personalized experiences.
• Act as the main contact between guests and departments to ensure requests are handled smoothly.
• Share knowledge of the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Conduct hotel tours for potential guests, partners, and event organizers.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and support service recovery efforts.
• Contribute ideas to further elevate the guest experience.
