• Share knowledge about the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to enhance stays.
• Conduct hotel tours for potential guests, partners, and event organizers.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and support service recovery.
• Contribute ideas to further elevate the guest experience.

As aGuest Relations Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every stay is memorable from arrival to departure.
