Job summary

ALO YOGA in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales & Service Lead who will elevate the guest experience on the floor, deliver product education, and coach team members to close gaps in performance. You will also build client relationships daily and analyze reports to drive growth.

You will partner with Operations and Studio leads to manage scheduling, staffing, and initiatives, while recruiting and developing talent to uphold ALO's high standards of service.

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide it.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education, and coach team members accordingly.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results and implement action plans for growth.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
