Job summary

lululemon Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest experience.

You will own talent acquisition strategies, develop teams, and ensure performance against key metrics while upholding the company’s inclusive culture and values. This role requires 1 year of people management experience and flexibility for a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and KPI initiatives to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, with a focus on IDEA and lululemon priorities.
• Support ongoing learning and development with coaching, mentoring, and career guidance for team members.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure optimal guest experience and seamless omnichannel programs (buy online pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Plan and prepare team schedules according to labour requirements, budget considerations, and store goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures and address employee relations as needed.
