Job summary

Rostudios in Amsterdam is seeking a Studio Assistant to help run studio operations and support the team. You will be the first point of contact for riders, ensure top hospitality, and uphold health and safety and hygiene standards.

The role covers daily operations, sales and admin, with opportunities to show leadership and contribute ideas. A flexible schedule including weekends and English communication are required; living in Amsterdam is expected.

Qualifications

• Love for sports and Rocycle brand with interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Team oriented with multitasking ability and combine communicational with operational tasks.
• Not afraid to get hands dirty; value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Proactive and creative with ability to suggest improvements.
• Flexible within studio opening hours.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (+/- 8 hours).
• Living in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for the riders.
• You will ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
• You are responsible for health and safety in the studio and will ensure hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration.
• You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members.
• You form relationships with riders and help build Rocycle’s community.
