Job summary

ALO YOGA in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Associate to join the store team and drive profitability and efficiency. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to initiate and complete tasks, and provide feedback to the team.

Key duties include inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, supporting shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, visual merchandising, and safe stockroom processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the GM as needed.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and visual merchandising.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and operations to optimise store performance.
• Ensure stockroom standards promote safety and efficiency.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guests.
• Assist with company-level operations directives in partnership with managers.
• Support product flow, replenishment, and daily operations to drive results.
• Leverage metrics to inform business-driven strategies and customer satisfaction.
