Job summary

The-Social-Hub is hiring a Front Office Host in the Netherlands. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, and guide them with energy and local recommendations to make each stay memorable.

You’ll work with PMS, kiosks and guest messaging tools, communicating in English and Dutch. This in-person role thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid hospitality environment that values connection and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Proven ability to switch between tasks while keeping a smile and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Manage bookings for activities, restaurants and experiences.
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Promote outlets and spot upsell opportunities.
