Job summary

Ruby Hotels Amsterdam is seeking energetic team players to join our front desk and hospitality crew. You’ll greet guests, help with self-check-in, and ensure a warm, welcoming first impression as part of our Lean Luxury approach.

You’ll assist in breakfast service, cocktails, and barista tasks, manage goods receiving, and share insider tips to help guests explore the city. Dutch and English fluency, flexible shifts, and a great sense of humour are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally some experience in hospitality/hotel industry.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliable with multitasking and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic and enjoys interacting with guests.
• Good sense of humor and teamwork.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the first point of contact to make them feel at home.
• Assist guests with self-check-in and front desk duties.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee breakfast service and barista tasks to delight guests.
• Handle goods receiving and ensure mise-en-place per standards.
• Share local tips to help guests discover the city.
