Job summary

Ruby GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking friendly hospitality-minded individuals to join our team as interns. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet, support check-in, and help deliver drinks and bites with a smile.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment across front desk, bar, and breakfast service, learn mise-en-place, and share insider tips about the city. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and no formal education is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests, making them feel at home from arrival to departure.
• Assist guests with the self-check-in process and support front desk tasks.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks with flair to ensure smooth service.
• Take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning and showcase barista skills.
• Handle goods receiving, inspection and storage and maintain mise-en-place.
• Share insider tips with guests and guide them to city hotspots.
