Staybridge Suites The Hague - Parliament, part of Borealis Hotel Group, seeks a Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face at our front desk. You’ll manage check-ins, upsell services, and coordinate guest needs, including bike rentals and venue guidance in The Hague.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure an excellent guest experience. English fluency is essential; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality orientation and guest-first approach.
• Experience in (international) hotels preferred.
• Full-time availability with shifts 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch or other languages a plus.
• Willingness to live in/near The Hague and work across front desk systems.
• Proactive attitude; able to switch between tasks and departments.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests, check-in/out, upsell services and assist guests during stay.
• Explain and promote local attractions; coordinate bike rentals for The Hague.
• Enroll IHG memberships and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
