Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred or strong motivation to grow in hospitality.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch with good communication skills.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Polite, friendly, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out at the reception.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and amenities.
• Coordinate with hotel team to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain a neat front desk area.
