Staybridge Suites The Hague - Parliament, owned by Borealis Hotel Group, is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage front desk operations. You’ll upsell, guide guests on local experiences, and help with check-in/check-out while collaborating with multiple departments.

In this role you’ll walk the floor to engage guests, share tips about The Hague, and handle guest questions. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Hospitality is in your DNA, you know what the guest needs.
• Preferably experience in (international) hotels or in the hospitality industry.
• Fulltime and flexible, with shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
• Preferably you live in or near The Hague.
• You have a proactive attitude, can switch quickly and pick up working with different systems.
• You are a team player but can also work independently.
• Affinity with Opera is a plus.
• It is useful if you already have experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in and check-out of guests with upselling.
• The front desk is the go-to for guest needs and local tips.
• Explain and give guests tips on exploring The Hague and bike rentals.
• Enroll IHG memberships and sell room upgrades; coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
