Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Amsterdam Zuidas is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to uphold exceptional visitor experiences on-site. You will manage front of house interactions, events support, and deliver a welcoming, professional environment for tenants, guests and staff.

The role covers room setup, post-event housekeeping, coordination with security and facilities teams, and proactive space management to ensure smooth meetings and a safe, efficient workday.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the visitor experience to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience
• Delivery of core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries
• Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house
• Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public appropriately
• Continual awareness of onsite events to personalize and optimize the visitor experience
• Contribute to maintaining high presentation standards across front of house and meeting areas
• Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces in line with guidelines and HSSE considerations
• Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment and temperature
• Create and maintain Outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems
• Be aware of local area services to support customers
• Coordinate daily updates of room booking displays with local processes
• Support onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes
• Assist with other facilities tasks such as Trouble Ticket requests, mail and courier services, site inspections
• Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team
