CIC Rotterdam is hiring a full-time, early career Community Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day client needs, build strong relationships, and keep our offices running smoothly in Rotterdam’s CBD.
You’ll handle onboarding, office moves, event setups, front desk support, and small projects while collaborating with the CIC team. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and availability for early starts and late shifts is expected.

You will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.
