Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, PMO, GTM or related in a B2B environment.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across product, marketing, sales and enablement.
• Experience designing operating frameworks, governance rhythms and reporting for senior audiences.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influence without direct authority.
• Strong communication and synthesis skills; turn complex programs into clear updates.
• Commercial awareness of verticals such as life sciences, chemicals and materials, semiconductors and electronics, and energy and vehicles.
• Experience in SaaS, data, technology or knowledge-based businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end programs for priority verticals, from planning through delivery and outcome review.
• Align vertical, sales, marketing, product and enablement stakeholders on objectives, scope, success measures and timelines.
• Establish clear ownership for milestones, dependencies and decisions.
• Track program status, identify risks and cross-team dependencies, and elevate or resolve issues to stay on track.
• Re-sequence and re-plan programs as priorities shift, keeping stakeholders informed of trade-offs.
• Run a regular program cadence with status reviews, steering updates, risk and decision logs for senior stakeholders.
• Consolidate vertical program progress into the QPR and QBR cycle, translating outcomes into actions with owners and timelines.
• Provide senior leaders with a clear view of progress across verticals and where decisions are needed.
• Partner to design and drive a more effective operating model and program office.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, playbooks, checklists and reporting formats.
