DoiT International is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation stack. You will drive data integrity, automate processes, and collaborate with engineering on integrations, leveraging AI tools to speed up work.

Remote role across multiple European countries; strong focus on cross-system impact, governance, and delivering self-service capabilities for business users.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples.
• Systems thinking: good judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems.
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel.
• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communicator who can push back on requests and work with business users and engineers.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in the country of residence (visa sponsorship not provided).

Responsabilidades

• Own the GTM systems as one connected whole: CRM, CPQ, marketing automation and sales-engagement tools.
• Turn requests into problems: propose options, explain trade-offs, and approve decisions when appropriate.
• Remove recurring manual work: automate or enable self-service by business users.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, durable approaches.
• Keep the data model lean and trustworthy; retire unused fields and enforce data quality.
• Keep integrations reliable: use native connectors; ensure sandbox and production stay in sync.
• Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine tasks.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and identify next fixes.
• Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production.
