Responsibilities

• Serve as the GTM expert for Odea: define customer pain points, personas, capabilities, and positioning.
• Identify where the product creates value inside existing accounts and drive early motions with sales.
• Lead discovery to understand adoption drivers, barriers, gaps, and buying motivations; use findings to shape go-to-market strategy.
• Build champions among educators, IT, and academic leadership, and run value-based conversations that drive adoption.
• Own opportunities end to end, coordinating across sales, product, engineering and the customer.
• Help determine why an institution would adopt Odea and what it takes to build a repeatable business around it.
