Job summary

Prepr seeks a GTM engineer specializing in AI innovation to transform our marketing and sales organization into an AI-native go-to-market team. You will build and deploy AI-driven workflows, integrate AI capabilities across CRM and marketing tools, and create scalable processes that empower non-technical teammates.

• Build and maintain a governed context database bringing together GTM information.
• Connect context to CRM, marketing automation, Notion, and communication tools.
• Create reliable data flows between systems with minimal manual copy-paste.
• Design and deploy AI agents and workflows to solve marketing and sales problems.
• Integrate AI APIs and MCP servers into the GTM stack.
• Create reusable AI skills and prompts to help non-technical teammates.

As a GTM engineer specializing in AI innovation, you will play a crucial role in transforming our marketing and sales organization into an AI-native go-to-market team. You will collaborate closely with our teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance our operations, building systems and workflows that integrate AI into our daily processes. Your work will ensure that AI becomes a fundamental part of how we operate, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

• Build and maintain a governed context database that brings together key GTM information, including accounts, content, playbooks, and product knowledge
• Connect this context to the tools our marketing and sales teams already use, including our CRM, marketing automation platform, Notion, and communication tools
• Create reliable data flows between systems so information is available where it's needed without manual copy-pasting
• Define practical standards for data quality, content ownership, and update processes so the context remains accurate and trustworthy
• Design and deploy AI agents and workflows that solve real marketing and sales problems
• Integrate AI APIs, MCP servers, and other AI capabilities into our existing GTM stack
• Create reusable AI skills, prompt templates, and playbooks that help non-technical teammates get consistent, high-quality results
• Train the GTM team through hands-on working sessions, documentation, and practical examples
• Hands-on experience building with AI, whether through agents, automations, integrations, or AI-powered workflows
• Experience working with AI APIs and tools such as Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI, MCP, or similar technologies
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and scripting to connect systems and troubleshoot technical issues
• An understanding of how data moves between business systems and how to build reliable workflows around it
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as CRMs and marketing automation platforms
• The ability to move from experimentation to something people can reliably use in their day-to-day work
