Marktlink is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI solutions for M&A professionals. You’ll own projects from idea to live deployment, building multi-agent systems and end-to-end AI workflows that integrate with internal data.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in CS/AI or related fields, strong Python, hands-on LLM experience, and Dutch fluency. The role includes cutting-edge tech like RAG pipelines and CI/CD, with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or a comparable field.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Strong Python skills and ability to debug your code.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and connecting AI to internal data.
• Familiar with AI-coding agents and evaluating generated code.
• Basic Git knowledge; CI/CD, API integrations or Azure are a plus.

Your goal

AI is reshaping the way Marktlink works and you're one of the people building that future. As an AI Engineer, you design and develop solutions that make M&A professionals faster, smarter and better informed: from intelligent agents that automate recurring tasks to systems that put the right knowledge in front of the right person at the right moment. You own your projects from first idea to live deployment, and you see the impact land directly inside the business.

Your responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems that communicate with users and connect to internal systems;


• Work on AI projects end to end, from brainstorming features and building the business case to developing, testing, deploying and continuously improving the solution.


• Develop RAG pipelines with vector embeddings to make our knowledge and data safely accessible;


• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions and align on priorities with your team and stakeholders;


• Choose the right technical approach per challenge;


• Make AI output measurable: build test sets and evaluate for accuracy, hallucinations, cost and latency;


• Bring solutions to production and keep them reliable, secure and maintainable;


• Track adoption, gather feedback and iterate based on real results;


• Stay sharp on new developments in AI and bring relevant ideas back to the team.

Your profile

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or a comparable field. Preferably recently graduated or with your first work experience;


• Fluency in Dutch is required;


• Strong Python skills: you understand your code and debug it when things break;


• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and connecting AI to internal data. Either via RAG, tool use or MCP;


• Familiar with AI-coding agents and able to assess generated code critically;


• Basic Git knowledge; experience with CI/CD, API integrations or Azure (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry) is a plus;


• Analytically strong and able to explain technical choices clearly to both engineers and non-technical colleagues;


• Curious, proactive and pragmatic, you feel at home in an environment where the landscape shifts fast.
