Prepr | GTM (Marketing & Sales) | Full-time | Hybrid, Utrecht
Reports to the GTM Lead (Marketing & Sales).
Prepr is a headless CMS that helps companies deliver personalized content across every channel. We're a fast-moving, product-led team, and we're now applying that same builder mindset to our own go-to-market function.
We're looking for a GTM Engineer, AI Innovation to help turn our marketing and sales organization into an AI-native GTM team.
You’ll work directly alongside our marketing and sales teams to identify where AI can fundamentally improve the way we work, and then build the systems, integrations, agents, and workflows to make that happen. This isn’t about experimenting with AI on the side or adding isolated automations. It’s about creating a connected foundation that makes AI a practical part of how our GTM team operates every day.
A key part of the role will be building and maintaining a trusted context layer that brings together what we know about our customers, accounts, content, product, and processes. You’ll connect that context to the tools our teams already use and build AI-powered workflows that help people work faster, make better decisions, and collaborate more effectively across marketing and sales.
You’ll be embedded in the GTM team rather than working from a separate engineering or platform function. That means understanding how people actually work, spotting opportunities for improvement, building solutions quickly, and refining them based on real-world use.
The goal isn’t to create a collection of automations that only you know how to maintain. It’s to build systems that become part of how the team works and give people the knowledge and tools to use and extend them independently.
AI is moving quickly, so we’re less interested in a specific number of years of experience or a particular job title. What matters more is that you’re actively building with AI, closely follow how the technology is developing, and can turn new capabilities into practical solutions that people actually use.
This could be a great fit for someone relatively early in their career who has already spent significant time building with AI tools and enjoys experimenting, learning quickly, and turning ideas into working systems.
The systems you build become part of how our marketing and sales teams work every day, rather than remaining isolated experiments or tools.
Our GTM context is trusted, current, and accessible across the tools and workflows where people need it.
Manual and repetitive processes are replaced by reliable AI‑assisted workflows that save time and improve the quality and consistency of our work.
Most importantly, the team becomes increasingly self‑sufficient: people understand how to use the systems you’ve built, can identify new opportunities themselves, and don’t need you in the loop for every workflow or change.
