Job summary

LeGarage, part of LePub, Amsterdam, is seeking a Business Lead to shape next-gen growth commercially and structurally. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial design, and entrepreneurial execution.

You will drive monetization, identify opportunities across markets, and build scalable revenue models with senior client conversations guiding expansion into new offices and territories.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in growth, venture building, innovation or strategic leadership
• Comfortable operating with C-level stakeholders
• Strong commercial instinct + entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in agency, consulting, digital platforms, tech or start-up ecosystems
• Able to operate in ambiguity and turn vision into structure
