Job summary

NorthC Group in the Netherlands seeks a part-time Legal Counsel to support its Dutch operations. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial, supplier and service agreements, and advise on regulatory, real estate and grid-connection matters.

Coordinate with the General Counsel and external counsel to improve processes and templates. Ideal candidates have a law degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong contract skills and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• A degree in Dutch law.
• At least six years of relevant experience, gained at a law firm and/or in an in-house role.
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented approach with clear, commercially sound advice.
• Independent work style with ability to manage priorities and ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer MSAs, colocation and SLAs.
• Draft and negotiate material supplier and service agreements.
• Support sales in customer negotiations, tenders and procurement processes.
• Advise on construction, development and refurbishment projects with contractors and suppliers.
• Provide legal support on real estate, energy supply and grid connection agreements.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to the data center industry.
• Support corporate housekeeping and general corporate legal matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel where appropriate.
• Contribute to improving legal processes, templates and internal guidelines.
