Job summary

Qogita is seeking a Head of Legal to own the legal function and help shape growth across international markets. You will partner with the CFO and leadership, advise on governance, negotiate material agreements, and lead a small internal team with external specialists as needed.

• Lead the legal strategy and set priorities with executive team.

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Product and Finance on market expansion.
• Structure and negotiate material agreements and govern corporate matters.
