Job summary

Signify is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support strategic key customer accounts while independently managing a portfolio of smaller, non-key accounts. You will drive growth, build relationships, and collaborate with the Marketing team for store execution and promotions.

You will develop in-depth customer analyses, contribute to business reviews, and progressively assume responsibility toward a future Key Account Manager position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service with CRM and sales reporting.
• Proficiency certification in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic key customer account plans and growth initiatives.
• Independently manage and develop a portfolio of smaller, non-key customer accounts, with responsibility for commercial performance and growth.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Regularly visit stores to assess in-store execution, identify opportunities, and drive improvements with Marketing.
• Support preparation and coordination of promotions for key accounts with effective planning, execution and follow-up.
• Prepare customer analyses, business reviews, and commercial recommendations to support decision-making for key accounts.
• Participate in customer negotiations, projects, and business reviews, taking on increasing responsibility over time.
• Demonstrate continuous development of strategic selling, account management, and leadership capabilities for a Key Account Manager role.
