Sollit is seeking a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of marketing and push it to the next level in the Netherlands and beyond.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, be closely connected to sales, and combine strategy with execution every day. You’ll scale content, events, and campaigns across Europe while building cross‑country messaging and partnerships.

Fluent German is required; Dutch is a plus, and you’ll enjoy a fast, hands‑on environment focused on renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company that scaled.
• Owned or heavily contributed to demand generation.
• Ability to figure things out, not just execute a playbook.
• Bonus: HubSpot experience.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns, content, website, and funnel performance.
• Work with external partners (agencies, freelancers).
• Scale growth channels and improve lead quality.
• Translate local success into scalable messaging for international markets.
• Collaborate directly with CEO and sales to ensure impact.
