NMi Group is seeking a Growth Marketer in the Netherlands to transform market opportunities into measurable demand. You’ll work with Sales and technical experts to craft propositions and then create content, assets and journeys to move prospects from engagement to conversion.

You’ll own multi-channel campaigns, test ideas with autonomy, and deliver campaigns end-to-end in a lean team. The role offers hybrid working, international exposure, and a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience with a focus on growth and demand generation.
• Proven ability to create multi-channel campaigns that drive leads and revenue.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills for assets and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver growth campaigns across priority markets, from concept through execution.
• Translate customer needs and technical insights into compelling propositions and campaigns.
• Create content and collateral to drive conversion: landing pages, emails, articles, assets.
• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, nurture journeys and marketing automation.
• Coordinate events (webinars, conferences) and partner activities with sales.
• Track performance, contribute to pipeline and ROI; optimize with data.
• Apply market and competitor insights to strengthen campaigns; use AI to speed delivery.
