Job summary

The Wim Hof Method is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to turn visibility into revenue. You will drive sales through our marketing channels, affiliate program, and partnerships, connecting strategy with execution to grow the Wim Hof Method brand.

This role combines commercial thinking with hands-on execution across affiliate sales, influencer collaborations, media relations, and B2B opportunities. You will optimize campaigns, coordinate with marketing and sales, and report on growth

Qualifications

• Experience turning marketing initiatives into measurable sales results.
• Experience with affiliate programs (Tapfiliate or similar).
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, sales funnels, and digital campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the affiliate program, working with instructors to boost conversions.
• Recruit, activate, and support new affiliate partners including influencers and brands.
• Develop campaigns and tools to help partners promote products effectively.
• Coordinate email, website, and paid campaigns to generate and measure sales.
• Manage media and B2B requests and secure collaboration opportunities.
