Job summary

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in dating advertising or similar
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive optimizations
- Self-starting attitude with ability to work independently or in a team
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a big plus; based in The Netherlands
- Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and partner meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships; be the main contact for affiliates
- Analyze campaign data to optimize traffic, conversions and profitability
- Create reports on performance trends and opportunities for the team
- Represent Masters in Cash at international events and develop commercial plans
