Job summary

JetBrains Innovation Hub is seeking a Growth Marketer to build the Qure acquisition funnel from zero, testing unproven channels and crafting campaigns across paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, and content. You will own end-to-end funnel tracking and collaborate closely with the product team on onboarding flows and free tools.

You will operate with a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, shipping decisions rapidly.

Qualifications

• Proven success growing self-serve products with direct user activation.
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spend by CAC/LTV.
• Ability to create creative assets including copy, landing pages and demos.
• Daily experience using LLMs for research, drafting and data analysis.
• Experience in a startup or small, fast-moving product team.
• Marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic.
• Terminate underperforming channels using data-driven decisions.
• Produce marketing assets: ad copy, screen recordings, landing pages.
• Collaborate with product team to define acquisition-focused requirements.
• Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking from first click to LTV.
