Job summary

JetBrains Innovation Hub is hiring to build the Qure acquisition funnel from zero, with the backing of JetBrains and a dedicated seven-person team. You will own experimentation across paid, video, newsletters, marketplaces, and content to drive early adoption and growth.

You’ll ship assets quickly and iteratively, including ad copy and onboarding flows, while collaborating with product for acquisition-focused features and funnel analytics. A flexible remote work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience growing self-serve products.
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels.
• Ability to create copy, landing pages, and product demos.
• Daily use of LLMs for research, drafting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
• Shut down underperforming channels early using data-driven decisions.
• Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
• Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements.
• Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from click to LTV.
