JetBrains Innovation Hub is seeking a founder mindset marketer to build and scale acquisition channels for Qure, a brave new AI copilot for web testing automation. You will own growth experiments across paid, video, content, and communities, shipping fast with a lean team and direct funding from JetBrains.

You’ll create assets, own the funnel tracking, and collaborate with product to ship onboarding flows and free tools. A bias for action and comfort with unproven channels are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on CAC/LTV.
• Ability to produce marketing assets like copy, landing pages, and product demos without external help.

Responsibilities

• Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
• Shut down underperforming channels early using data-driven decisions.
• Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
• Work with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements (e.g., onboarding flows, free tools).
• Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking from click to LTV.
