Job summary

DogSuppy is seeking a German-speaking working student to lead the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) end-to-end, acting as a mini-CEO for the market.

The role requires fluent German and professional English, and on-site presence in Amsterdam 3 days per week. You will own GTM strategy, run paid social campaigns, track CAC/ROAS/LTV, and collaborate with our creative team to produce fast content.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and professional English required.
• Student or recent grad/early-career.
• On-site in Amsterdam 3 days/week (non-negotiable).
• Fast learner and thrive under pressure.
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grow DogSuppy in DACH and own the go-to-market.
• Run and optimize paid social (meta ads) to acquire customers.
• Track performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and share insights weekly.
• Collaborate with the in-house creative team to ship content fast.
• Localize & manage the German website and social channels.
• Build influencer/blogger/creator partnerships.
