Reddit, Inc. is expanding its EMEA Mid-Market team and seeking an experienced sales professional to own a book of business in the DACH region. You will manage pre- and post-sales activities, build relationships with advertisers and agencies, and drive revenue growth from Amsterdam.

You will strategically plan, forecast, and execute campaigns, working with account strategists to optimize performance. Fluency in English and German is required, with a relocation-friendly Amsterdam office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region.
• Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management.
• Experience in monitoring marketing campaign performance and making optimizations or strategic recommendations.
• Fluent in English & German.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and delivering actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Act as the CEO of your book of business, owning strategic bets and revenue forecasting.
• Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and advertisers directly.
• Responsible for revenue quota of the assigned book of business each quarter.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation with clear next steps.
• Provide strategic advice to deepen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Communicate feedback on sales processes and products to improve effectiveness.
• Implement and optimize campaigns to meet advertising objectives.
• Pull and analyze data to provide actionable insights for clients.
