Job summary

Moov is seeking a creative strategist with a performance marketing mindset to own the DACH growth. You’ll build a DACH-first creative and growth approach across Germany, Austria, and later Switzerland, shaping how Moov resonates with German-speaking consumers.

You’ll translate insights into ad concepts, briefs, and website improvements, working with agencies and internal teams to test and scale winning ideas. This is a build role that drives real market impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing, market management, or a similar role.
• Native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent copywriting skills—hooks, concepts, briefs, scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve our DACH growth and creative strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop deep understanding of German-speaking consumers and buying motivations.
• Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and creative briefs.
• Coordinate German-speaking creatives, UGC, and marketing agencies to deliver against strategy.
• Review and improve DACH advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Shape Moov's DACH website and landing pages for better conversion.
