Job summary

Ideals Today BV seeks a Managing Director to assume end-to-end accountability for the business's performance and operations. You will own the P&L, shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across direct-to-consumer channels.

This hands-on leadership role requires driving growth, improving performance, and ensuring disciplined execution across e-commerce, inventory, fulfillment, and vendor management, while aligning with PCS Wireless leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a D2C or retail business.
• Strong P&L accountability and financial acumen.
• Experience managing third-party providers/vendors.
• Excellent English communication; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, P&L, performance, and day-to-day oversight of Ideals Today BV.
• Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee e-commerce, operations, inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Manage the third-party service provider with KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor financial, commercial, and operational performance and take corrective action.
• Evaluate pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market opportunities.
• Drive improvements in customer experience, efficiency, processes, and cost management.
• Identify business risks and provide recommendations to PCS Wireless leadership.
