Ideals Today BV, a PCS Wireless company, seeks a Managing Director to own performance, operations, and growth for the direct-to-consumer business. You will drive revenue, optimize profitability, and ensure excellent customer experience across e-commerce, inventory, and fulfillment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage a third-party provider, and report to PCS Wireless leadership, delivering sustainable results and disciplined cost management in European markets.

Formación

• Senior leader with full P&L responsibility for a business unit.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or consumer electronics sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into action.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall strategy, P&L, performance, and day-to-day oversight of Ideals Today BV.
• Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable performance.
• Oversee e-commerce, operations, inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and finances.
• Manage the third-party service provider with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide recommendations to PCS Wireless leadership.
