Job summary

Ideals Today BV, a PCS Wireless company, is seeking a Manager, Global Marketplace Operations to lead end-to-end marketplace activities across global online platforms. You will coordinate listings, inventory, pricing, orders, fulfillment, and returns, partnering with Commercial, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and third-party providers to scale our global marketplace presence.

• Experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, digital commerce, or a related field.
• Experience working with online marketplaces or global e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of product listings, inventory, order management, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for Ideals Today BV’s global marketplace and e-commerce activities.
• Coordinate product listings, inventory availability, pricing updates, order processing, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and returns.
• Partner with Commercial, Pricing, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective marketplace execution.
• Establish and document marketplace processes, procedures, controls, and service expectations.
• Monitor marketplace activity and operational KPIs, identifying and resolving issues that impact performance or customer experience.
• Support the launch and expansion of new marketplaces, countries, products, and e-commerce capabilities.
• Manage operational relationships with marketplace platforms and third-party service providers.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale marketplace operations.
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership on performance, operational challenges, and opportunities.

Ideals Today BV, a PCS Wireless company, operates a direct-to-consumer business focused on mobile accessories and related products. As we continue to expand our presence across global online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, we are seeking a Manager, Global Marketplace Operations to lead and coordinate the operational processes that support this growing business.

The Manager will oversee the end-to-end marketplace workflow, partnering across Commercial, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and external service providers to ensure products are listed accurately, inventory is available, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customers receive a consistent experience. This role will help build scalable processes and strengthen the operational foundation needed to grow Ideals Today BV's global marketplace business.
