Job summary

You will grow international visibility, deepen key account relationships, and drive opportunities across markets while reporting to the shareholders and building an ownership culture throughout the SME.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in final or senior management within an SME manufacturing company.
• Commercially driven with ability to grow sales.
• Experience in budgeting, margins and delivering concrete results.
• Experience managing teams in project-based production environments.
• Technical or business education; international experience is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire organization with strategic and operational direction.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key accounts; identify market opportunities.
