Job summary

Cozy Heaven is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own and optimize the growth engine for their DTC bedding brand as it expands across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will manage paid social, search, influencer and affiliate activity, plus organic content to maximize LTGP:CAC and overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Deep advertising expertise across paid social, search and affiliate channels.
• Proven track record growing a DTC brand in the DACH region.
• Experience with influencer, affiliate and organic marketing strategies.
• Comfort with Shopify and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Klar).
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth plan, budget and deliverables.
• Lead acquisition through paid and organic channels with strong creative and testing.
• Improve customer value via pricing, bundles and lifecycle campaigns.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional growth team and agencies.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on customer economics and stock.
