Dealsuite in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development & Client Success professional for the DACH & CEE region. You will combine prospecting with helping members derive value from the Dealsuite network in a genuine hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or another commercial field.
• Fluent in German and English; fluency in a CEE language (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, or Serbian) is a strong plus.
• Proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable with direct outreach.
• Experience in sales, client success, or recruiting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers across DACH & CEE using prospecting tools.
• Direct sales conversations and representing Dealsuite to industry experts to expand the network.
• Client Success: Build and manage your client portfolio and deliver live online product demos.
